To all my blogging buddies out there, Equal Pay Day is coming up on Tuesday (April 28) so make your voices heard in some shape or form!! It's pretty sad that women earn only 77 cents for every dollar that a man is paid... Where's the equality in that?...
Hmm, maybe I should re-phrase that. 77 cents is what one is paid on average if one is a WHITE woman. If one is Hispanic or African-American, the statistics show a much harsher reality...
