There is so much evil/hate/despair/discrimination going on in the world right now it leaves me at a loss for words, and almost at a loss for hope that it will end any time soon.
The situation in Iran that CNN seems so eager to analyze is horrible- but it is still nothing compared to what is continuing in Darfur... And we hear nothing of that on the news at all.
I wonder if the violence in Darfur/Iran/Iraq/North Korea ever keeps any of my friends, family, acquaintances lying awake at night.

And I wonder where one should begin,
when there is so much work to be done-
and so many lives depend on it getting done- not now, but yesterday.
